What I have been involed in daily fitness .

So what: I have enjoyed fitness because we don't just do running we play some games . Like bonus ball tricky tag .

Now what: I would like to be able to play a bit longer because it is very short time .

WALT: I participated  in Kauri athletics I was in 11 year old boys.

  • So what I think I did well In high jump by coming fourth. Also I achieved to get first in discus. In my sprints I got 2 place with Soulin so I hope we both get in.

Now what: I need to work on my long jump so I can get a better place than last year.

Cycle Safety

I have just completed Cycle safety course for 2016.

So What

Five top tips I learnt are:

At a stop sine you must stop because there might be a car coming fast and not looking.

When you go to turn you have to do the signals just incase the car does not know your turning.

You always need to do the 4 point safety check because something might happened with your bike.

At a rounder bout you always give way to your right so you don't crash.

Always signal when your going to stop.

I have been learning about the Olympics

So what I have learnt that a rule is friend ship so they don't actually don't mind their happy for what they've  got. Iv'e enjoyed the track biking because i like how they can go around and lap the other team.

Now What: If I was an Olympian a sport I would like to do would be Football I would like more experience in the game.

WALT How i can use care values and what can i woke on.

What I have being doing well is staying on task and not trying to get on yellow. I have been completing my work most of the time well helping others .Through out the year I have been get 15 points or more and that mean's I have in proved on staying on task.

SO WHAT: Something i need to work on is stay in line with out talking to loud to others and doing my own thing.
